As a School Administrative Officer in the Deakin Law School you will:
- Provide responsive administrative support across Deakin Law School, assisting academic staff and stakeholders with day-to-day enquiries and activities
- Serve as the virtual reception for the Deakin Law Clinics, responding professionally to enquiries from prospective clients and coordinating appointments
- Support the operational planning and preparation of the School and the Law Clinics for each trimester
- Coordinate administrative processes supporting the School’s teaching and research program
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Degree without subsequent experience; or Diploma with experience; or Post Trades Certificate/Advanced Certificate with relevant experience; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training
- Experience providing advice or support services
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to interpret and apply procedures
- Experience coordinating work and managing priorities
