About the Role
As an SDET, you will design and implement automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and orchestration tools that ensure the reliability of our next-generation Network Operating System (NOS). You’ll act as the engineering link between developers and testers, writing robust test frameworks and simulation environments to validate functionality at scale.
What You’ll Do

Design and implement automated test frameworks for NOS features and protocols.

Extend CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and automated regression testing.

Write and maintain Python and Bash code for simulation, orchestration, and validation.

Build automated test suites using pytest, nose, or similar frameworks.

Collaborate with developers to build test hooks into new features.

Debug test failures and improve test reliability and performance.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in networking or systems testing.

Strong Python coding skills (classes, decorators, threading).

Experience with pytest or nose (test case structuring, fixtures, reporting).

Familiarity with Linux OS internals, containers, and virtualization.

Hands-on experience with Ethernet/IP networking fundamentals (BGP, OSPF, ACLs).

Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred).
