Security Expert (Data security , Incident & Crisis) As a Security Expert, you will lead Data Security and Incident & Crisis Management, working with Security, IT and business teams across countries to strengthen our security. Your role will focus on two key areas: Data Security Drive Data Security strategy, governance and security controls. Define security requirements, policies and standards. Strengthen data access security, encryption, DLP and secure data lifecycle management. Identify security risks and drive remediation. Help ensure security is embedded by design into our IT solutions and projects. Incident & Crisis Management Lead and coordinate major cyber security incidents and crisis situations. Develop and improve incident response processes, escalation procedures and playbooks. Organise cyber crisis exercises and simulations. Lead post-incident reviews and help strengthen our cyber resilience. Cooperate with Security Operations, IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance and business teams. What are we looking for? You have: 5+ years of IT experience , including at least 3 years in Information Security , hands-on experience with Data Security and access security , experience in Security Incident & Crisis Management , strong knowledge of cyber security threats, risks and security controls, knowledge of technologies and concepts such as IAM, encryption, DLP, SIEM, EDR and Zero Trust, understanding of cloud security, particularly Microsoft 365 and AWS , familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, DORA and GDPR , very good business English . Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ or GSEC are a plus. What can you expect?
