Motion Graphix is a video production studio that works with SaaS and software companies around the world. We produce SaaS explainer videos, product demo videos, motion graphics videos, and other video production work that helps brands explain complex products in a simple and engaging way. Most of our clients come from the US, UK, Europe, and Australia, and Upwork is one of our main sources of new business.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer who knows Upwork inside out. Your main focus will be finding the right projects, writing strong proposals that match each client's needs, and managing our Upwork profile to keep it growing. In your spare time, you will also support LinkedIn outreach and other lead generation activities. This is a hybrid role. You will work from our Model Town office for a maximum of 7 to 8 days per month, and the rest of the month you will work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and shortlist relevant Upwork jobs daily for SaaS explainer, product demo, and motion graphics projects.
• Write custom, high-quality proposals based on each client's job post and requirements. No copy-paste templates.
• Manage and optimize our Upwork profile, including portfolio, specialized profiles, keywords, and project catalog.
• Track proposal performance (views, replies, interviews, hires) and improve the approach based on results.
• Handle first-level client communication and move leads toward intro calls.
• Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns to reach SaaS founders, marketing heads, and product teams.
• Support other outreach and lead generation activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related business field (required).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, including hands-on Upwork profile management and proposal writing.
• A proven track record of winning projects on Upwork. Please be ready to share results.
• Excellent written English with the ability to write clear, persuasive, client-focused proposals.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
• Quick learner who can understand our services fast and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with international time zones.
• Experience in the video production, creative agency, or SaaS space is a strong plus.
