genU is looking for a strategic and influential Senior Finance Business Partner to provide trusted financial leadership and commercial insights that drive performance across our organisation. What you’ll do :
As a Senior Business Partner in our Finance team, you’ll:
- Partner with senior leaders to provide trusted financial advice, commercial insights and strategic decision support that drives business performance and sustainable growth.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, delivering accurate analysis and actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making across the organisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, operational efficiency and service outcomes through data-driven analysis, business case development and financial modelling.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and financial capability across the business.
What you’ll bring:
- CA or CPA qualified, with tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline.
- Extensive senior finance business partnering experience (8-10+ years), with a strong background in commercial finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or finance leadership roles.
- Proven leadership capability, including experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable business insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience partnering with senior executives to drive performance improvement, strategic decision-making and organisational change.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
