About the RoleWe are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized Senior Clerk to join our growing team in the United Arab Emirates.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, good communication abilities, and experience in office administration or clerical support. As a key member of the administrative team, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, coordinating office activities, and supporting the smooth operation of daily business processes.
You will be responsible for handling administrative documentation, maintaining databases, preparing reports, processing correspondence, assisting with record management, and providing clerical support to various departments. The successful candidate should be organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily clerical and administrative duties to support office operations.
- Prepare, review, organize, and maintain documents, reports, forms, and business records.
- Enter, update, and verify information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for physical and electronic documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and administrative communications.
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documentation.
- Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission.
- Assist with data collection, document verification, and preparation of routine reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect information and follow up on pending documentation.
- Monitor document submissions, maintain tracking records, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with invoice records, purchase documentation, office forms, and other administrative paperwork when required.
- Maintain office records, registers, inventories, and other clerical documentation.
- Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and general office coordination.
- Handle confidential business information responsibly and maintain appropriate document security.
- Identify discrepancies in records and report issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Assist in improving filing procedures, administrative workflows, and record-keeping practices.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and clerical abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

- Previous experience in clerical work, office administration, data entry, document control, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Experience in a senior clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with strong computer and organizational skills may be considered for suitable positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic office software is beneficial.
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems, database management, and document control procedures is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; Arabic and other additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of professional office practices, record-keeping standards, and administrative procedures is beneficial.
