Senior Commercial Officer

Role Description The Senior Commercial Officer at Pillow Interactive is a part-time, remote role focused on driving commercial performance and supporting sustainable business growth. On a day-to-day basis, this role develops and executes commercial strategies, identifies new business opportunities, and supports pricing and contract negotiations. The Senior Commercial Officer collaborates with sales, marketing, and product teams to align commercial plans with customer needs and company objectives. Responsibilities include managing key customer relationships, monitoring performance against targets, preparing commercial reports and forecasts, and advising on improvements to processes and offerings. This role also contributes to internal training and guidance on commercial best practices to strengthen overall team capability.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience in sales, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and closing commercial deals.
• Ability to design and deliver training or coaching to team members on commercial and customer-facing topics.
• Relevant experience in digital, technology, or interactive media sectors is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to inform decisions and forecasts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and collaborate across distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
