SAP Specialist

Role Description The SAP Specialist at مركز النجاح للتدريب والتطوير ACTD will support clients and internal teams in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining SAP solutions, with a focus on finance and related business processes. This part-time, remote role includes analyzing business requirements, mapping them to SAP functionalities, and proposing improvements to workflows and data structures. The SAP Specialist will participate in implementation and enhancement projects, prepare system documentation, and provide guidance or training on SAP usage and best practices. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve them, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Process design, mapping, and optimization within SAP environments.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose system issues, and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience in Consulting, including gathering requirements, advising stakeholders, and delivering client-focused SAP solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP FICO, including configuration, integration, and support of finance and controlling modules.
• Knowledge of Master Data management, including setup, maintenance, and governance of key SAP data objects.
• Relevant academic background in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field; SAP certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and communicate clearly with diverse teams.
• Experience with training or coaching users on SAP functionalities and documenting processes in clear, accessible language.
