Senior Consultant — AI Search Visibility BrokerChooser · Remote-first · Full-time (a real 40 hours) Make a real impact How people find brokers is changing fast. Instead of scrolling search results, they ask an LLM — and the LLM answers based on the handful of sources it actually trusts. BrokerChooser is one of them: AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity cite our content 4–5 million times a month, making us one of the most-referenced sources in AI-generated answers. We've turned that position into a new offering: helping our brokerage partners measure and grow their visibility inside LLMs. We're 10+ client projects in, demand is outpacing the team, and this role is how we scale it. You'll own client engagements end to end — measurement, analysis, strategy, and the story that ties them together. What you'd do Set up and track LLM visibility. Define how a broker's presence in AI answers gets measured — mentions, sentiment, competitive positioning — and baseline it, then monitor it consistently over time. Find the story in the data. Where a partner shows up, where they don't, which competitors own which angles, and what's actually moving the needle. Push visibility higher. Identify where each broker is genuinely strong and shape how that strength gets expressed — through content on BrokerChooser, YouTube, the occasional Reddit play, and whatever experiment the data justifies. This space has no playbook yet; you'll help write it. Own the client relationship across the full lifecycle, from scoping to recurring reporting and growth. Report in a way that lands. Translate visibility metrics into concrete recommendations a partner understands in one read. Who we're looking for Ex-MBB (or equivalent), at senior analyst / senior consultant level. You're ready to own client work and complex problems directly — a hands-on role where you do the thinking. You can run a client relationship and a complex workstream solo, and you learn new things absurdly fast. You're comfortable with a fast-moving, high-uncertainty environment, and you challenge how things are done rather than wait for a process. You pull real insight out of messy data and make it simple. You're genuinely into AI — you follow this space for fun, not because a JD told you to. Comfortable in client-facing and commercial settings, not just behind the data. Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools (BigQuery, Metabase), and familiarity with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, GSC) — or the speed to pick them up fast. Nice to have: experience in brokerage, fintech, or capital markets; a creative streak for fresh content and analysis angles. What we offer A real 40-hour week.
