About PF Global
PF Global gives advice built on deep sector expertise, underpinned by global opinion and economic research, so our clients can win the arguments that will decide their future.
We are oriented around the debates that will matter most to the future, where the intersection of policy, politics, and regulation will decide what happens. We will tell clients honestly what is politically possible (and what is not) and then help them make their case by building the research, the story and the campaign that goes with it.
You’ll work alongside colleagues with diverse skills, gain exposure to senior clients, and have real opportunities to develop your career as part of our ambitious and supportive team.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to run two critical accounts for PF Global day to day, from our London team. You’ll deal with very high-profile, senior people and make sure complex workstreams are managed seamlessly, with no balls dropped. You’ll understand campaign strategy and how to translate it into execution, pull in the best experts from across the firm to deliver what the client needs, and adapt quickly as circumstances change. You’ll bring strong experience in UK public affairs and campaigning, a clear understanding of Westminster and Whitehall, and the ability to lead client relationships and deliver impactful campaigns.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll shape and execute integrated strategies, combining political insight, stakeholder engagement, and communications to help clients navigate complexity and achieve their objectives. You’ll manage key accounts, lead delivery, and contribute to business growth, while supporting and developing junior team members.
We’re looking for candidates from agency, in-house, political, media (digital or print) backgrounds who are ambitious, collaborative, and ready to step into a senior role.
What You’ll Do
Run two major client accounts day to day, building strong, trusted relationships and acting as a primary point of contact.
Manage complex, multi-strand workstreams to tight deadlines, making sure nothing is dropped.
Lead the development and delivery of integrated campaign strategies across multiple channels.
Translate strategy into actionable plans, from building stakeholder coalitions to running digital activity, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering high-performing, collaborative project teams.
Advise clients on media (digital and print), political, and stakeholder engagement strategies that influence key audiences.
Contribute insights on industry trends, political developments, and media dynamics to inform client work.
Identify opportunities for organic growth and contribute to new business initiatives across PF Global.
What We’re Looking For
5-7 years’ experience in political and/or public affairs, corporate communications, or strategic consultancy roles. A demonstrable interest in UK growth is a plus.
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships.
Experience of government relations and policy engagement, and of working confidently with senior stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills, able to grip multiple priorities and complex accounts.
Skilled presenter and storyteller, able to communicate strategy clearly to senior clients.
Commercially minded, with experience contributing to business development and new client acquisition.
Existing network of political, media, or industry contacts is desirable.
About You
Excited by how PF Global helps clients deliver change and motivated to make a tangible impact.
Collaborative, with experience leading teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
Strategic thinker, able to analyse complex challenges and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Curious and commercially aware, with an appetite for continual learning and professional development.
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail (this will be tested as part of the interview process)
Capable, dynamic, highly organised, and proactive, able to deliver under pressure while maintaining high-quality outputs.
Respectful and works with integrity.
Location and Salary
We operate a hybrid working model, with a mix of home and office working. Our main office is based in Embankment (London). Many of us, including the founders, have young children and we work hard to be genuinely family-friendly.
For this role we expect salary to range from £50,000 to £60,000, depending on candidate experience.
We also offer a bonus programme, 5% pension contribution, 25 days annual leave, and private healthcare.
How to apply
Please apply below by submitting your CV and a covering letter (of no more than 600 words) setting out why this role excites you, why you would be a good fit, and what you could bring to it.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and we encourage early applications.
Closing date: Friday 20 November, 11:59pm
We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, and particularly encourage applications from candidates with disabilities and candidates from ethnic minority backgrounds.
