Senior Content Developer, YouTube Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist

Foiizon Digital is an AI-powered digital marketing and business growth agency that helps startups, entrepreneurs, healthcare companies, fintech firms, real estate professionals, and small businesses build world-class digital brands using artificial intelligence, automation, and modern marketing strategies.

We are looking for a highly experienced freelancer or agency to become our long-term strategic production partner. This is not a basic video editing position—we need someone who can build complete AI-powered marketing systems from concept to execution.

Applicants must have:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience (10+ years preferred).
• Proven experience managing YouTube channels and growing digital brands.
• Extensive experience with AI content creation and automation.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating professional-quality work.
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with international clients.

You will manage the complete AI-powered content production workflow for our brands, including:

• Create realistic AI presenters and avatars.
• Generate professional AI images and scenes using Nano Banana or similar tools.
• Write engaging, SEO-optimized scripts using ChatGPT.
• Produce realistic AI videos using Hedra (preferred) or Synthesia.
• Generate natural AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs or equivalent.
• Create cinematic AI B-roll using Runway or similar platforms.
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, branding, motion graphics, and music.
• Produce YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok videos, and LinkedIn videos.

Manage complete YouTube optimization, including:

• Channel branding
• Banner design
• Channel trailer
• Thumbnail design
• SEO optimization
• Keyword research
• Titles
• Descriptions
• Chapters
• Playlists
• End screens
• Cards
• Audience retention optimization

The successful candidate must be able to create complete, professional social media profiles and brand assets quickly and consistently, including:

• Facebook Business Pages
• Instagram Business Profiles
• LinkedIn Company Pages
• X (Twitter) Profiles
• TikTok Business Accounts
• YouTube Channels
• Pinterest Business Accounts
• Google Business Profile assets (where applicable)

You should be able to build branded, professional-looking pages within a short turnaround time using provided brand guidelines, logos, and messaging.
