About Worldpanel by Numerator

Worldpanel delivers continuous, behaviour-based consumer and shopper insights, helping brands and retailers understand what people buy, where, how often and why, translating data into growth opportunities and competitive advantage.

Role Purpose

The Senior Director, Sales leads the UK & Ireland Sales organisation, driving sustainable revenue growth across both New Business Acquisition and Account Management. The role is accountable for delivering ARR, Net ARR and NRR growth, customer retention, sales productivity and market penetration.

Managing six sales teams across New Business, Account Management and Business development, this role is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy, building a high-performing sales culture, and ensuring a customer-centric approach throughout the customer lifecycle. Success will be measured through revenue growth, pipeline generation, renewal performance, customer expansion and team effectiveness.

Success in this role will be reflected in sustainable, predictable revenue growth and a stronger competitive position across the UK & Ireland market. You will deliver ARR, Net ARR and NRR targets by winning new customers and increasing share of wallet across existing accounts, while improving retention and renewal performance, expanding strategic customer relationships, and building customer advocacy and executive engagement. You will raise sales effectiveness through strong pipeline coverage, accurate forecasting, improved win rates and productivity, and consistent adoption of sales processes and CRM discipline. Just as importantly, you will build an engaged, high-performing organisation – with strong retention, leadership succession and capability development, and all six sales teams achieving their performance targets – while fostering collaboration across the customer lifecycle to create a seamless customer experience.
