About us

Kindly Reply makes beautiful digital wedding invitations with built-in RSVP. Couples pick a design, we bring it to life, and their guests reply in a few taps. We're an Aussie couple building the brand for Australia and the US, running on Shopify and growing through Meta ads.

We move fast and we build with AI every day. We're looking for someone to work alongside the founder as the person who gets things done.

The role

You'll start each day with clear direction from the founder and own the execution. Some days that means launching a new invitation design in Shopify. Other days you'll be briefing our media buyer on new creatives, digging into a new niche, or building out a product line from scratch.

Much of the work runs through Claude and our in-house AI workflows. We'll teach you our systems. You bring the skills, the speed and the curiosity.

What you'll be doing

• Creating new products using our Claude workflows, from first draft to live product page

• Building and updating product pages, collections and sections in Shopify

• Coordinating with our media buyer, briefing creatives and keeping campaigns moving

• Researching new niches and event types we could expand into

• Keeping the store sharp, accurate and on brand

• Reporting back each day on what's done and what's next

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience building and managing stores (store building, not just order processing or customer service)

• You use Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools every day and can show us how

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

• Excellent written English and clear communication

• Highly organised, self-driven and comfortable owning a daily task list

• Reliable internet and backup power

Bonus points

• Shopify Liquid, HTML or CSS

• Experience with Claude Code, Canva, Figma or AI image and video tools

• Background in wedding, events or design-led brands
