About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Forensic Investigation Specialist to investigate suspected fraud, financial misconduct, policy violations, and corporate irregularities. The successful candidate will analyze evidence, prepare investigation reports, and recommend corrective actions while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into suspected fraud, financial irregularities, and corporate misconduct.
• Collect, review, and analyze financial records, electronic documents, transactions, and other evidence.
• Develop investigation plans and conduct structured interviews remotely.
• Maintain accurate evidence registers, case files, and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, internal audit, and risk management teams.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend measures to prevent future misconduct.
• Ensure investigations follow applicable UAE legal requirements, privacy obligations, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Forensic Accounting, Finance, Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in forensic investigations, fraud examination, or corporate investigations.
• Strong knowledge of evidence handling, investigative methodologies, and fraud indicators.
• Experience analyzing financial data and preparing formal investigation reports.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CFE, CPA, ACCA, or relevant forensic qualifications are an advantage.
