About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Claims Specialist to manage insurance claims, evaluate policy coverage, assess losses, and coordinate timely and accurate claim settlements. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant procedures while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance claims from initial notification through settlement and closure.
• Review policy terms, coverage limits, exclusions, and supporting documents.
• Assess claim validity, liability, losses, and settlement recommendations.
• Coordinate with insurers, brokers, policyholders, and claims adjusters.
• Investigate discrepancies, complex claims, and potential fraud indicators.
• Maintain accurate claims records and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Recommend improvements to claims processing and customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance claims management or assessment.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage evaluation, and settlement procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work independently in a remote environment.
