We're a rapidly growing and funded Construction tech startup building a product to automatize workforce management and compliance on construction sites. We're now looking for a senior full-stack developer to help us build great products that translate into a great business.
Things you might be doing
Collaborate with a designer and other developers in new feature implementation
Review other developers' code and suggest better ways of doing things
Contribute technical ideas and expertise in shaping our future product direction and technical decision making
Implement changes to our database schema in a way that keeps our data usable and normalized in the future as well
Write advanced SQL queries for data analytics purposes
Use our design system and contribute changes to it as needed
Build integrations to external APIs while making sure we're not too limited by their data structural choices
Somewhat independently contribute changes and jump into code that may not be too familiar at first
Dig through Sentry issues and try to figure out how to fix an error a 10-year old Android browser caused
Have an opportunity to look at our computer vision implementation and think of improvements to it
Work with Progressive Web Apps and try to make them function well in unstable network conditions
Tech stack you'll be working with
TypeScript and strict typing everywhere possible
Next.js web services with React/Tailwind
Supabase with some raw SQL
Automated testing with Playwright, Jest
Collaboration with Github, Linear, Figma, Slack
Infrastructure with AWS, CDK, Github actions and automatic production deployment on each change
