Senior General Commercial RE Litigation Attorney

Boutique Commercial Real Estate Law Firm seeks a Senior general commercial and real estate litigation attorney with at least 10 years' experience. Responsibilities include practice management, real estate related litigation matters with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosures and other secured creditor enforcement. Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals • State and Federal Court appearances and mediations. • Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.
