They are seeking a Senior GTM Systems Analyst to join the business in a broad role focused on improving business systems, streamlining processes and supporting technology initiatives across commercial functions.

• 6+ years' relevant experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis or a similar role.
• Experience working with CRM, Sales, Marketing or other commercial business systems.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting systems implementations, enhancements or integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An interest in automation, AI and using technology to improve business processes.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Role and Reporting Lines

Working as part of a wider business systems team, you will partner with stakeholders across commercial and technology functions to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver effective systems solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements for systems improvements and technology initiatives.
• Reviewing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation and greater efficiency.
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing and other commercial stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Supporting the implementation, enhancement and integration of business applications.
• Translating business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.
• Supporting testing, issue resolution and the successful delivery of systems changes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting and operational processes.
• Contributing to wider technology and process improvement projects.
