Senior Health & Safety Specialist

Role Description The Owner will oversee and grow NHS Job Mastery with Dr. Samejo as a part-time remote role, focusing on strategic direction, service delivery, and business development. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and refining coaching programs, providing one-to-one or group guidance to doctors on applications and interviews, and ensuring high-quality educational materials and resources are created and maintained. The Owner will manage client relationships, monitor feedback, and adapt offerings to meet the evolving needs of NHS candidates. Additional tasks may include overseeing marketing activities, setting operational processes, and collaborating with partners or contractors to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in NHS recruitment, medical education, or career coaching, with a strong understanding of NHS application and interview processes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver structured coaching or training programs, including developing written guides, templates, and learning resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback on applications and supporting statements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in a part-time remote setting.
• Business management or entrepreneurial experience, including basic knowledge of marketing, client acquisition, and service improvement.
• Comfort with remote work technologies and online communication platforms to deliver virtual coaching and manage operations.
• Background as a medical professional or experience working closely with doctors or healthcare organizations is highly beneficial.
