  • At least 5–8 years of experience in healthcare provider credentialing, medical staff services, provider enrollment, or healthcare network administration.
  • Strong understanding of provider licensing, qualification verification, credentialing workflows, and recredentialing requirements.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulatory frameworks and licensing processes, including relevant authority requirements for the applicable emirate.
  • Experience working with hospitals, clinics, healthcare insurers, third-party administrators, or healthcare networks.
  • Knowledge of credentialing documentation standards, audit requirements, and provider data management.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies in professional records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, credentialing platforms, provider databases, and document management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and stakeholder requests efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and secure handling of professional records.
  • Relevant certifications in provider credentialing, healthcare administration, or medical staff services are an advantage.
