Senior Internal Communications Manager | Remote, USA
Some communications roles are about distributing information.
This one is about shaping how a global company understands itself.
Pax8 is growing, changing and continuously redefining what comes next. As our Senior Internal Communications Manager, you’ll work directly with executive leaders to find the story inside complex business decisions and make it meaningful to employees across the organisation.
Your work could take you from a company-wide leadership announcement to a global all-hands, an organisational transformation or the narrative behind a major enterprise initiative. Different audience. Different challenge. Same goal: helping people understand where we’re going and why it matters.
If you’re energised by variety, comfortable advising senior leaders and skilled at making complexity feel clear, we’d love to talk.
🚀 Never a Dull Day
The best Internal Communications professionals don’t wait for someone to hand them the message. They ask the right questions, challenge unclear thinking and help leaders communicate with confidence.
You’ll own communications for a portfolio of corporate functions and enterprise initiatives, giving you a voice in some of the most visible and strategically important work happening across Pax8.
💙 Find Your Place at Pax8
You'll join a collaborative global Internal Communications team where people bring diverse expertise, share ideas and support one another while remaining trusted to own their work. The work is high-profile, the pace can be fast, and no two weeks look are the same.
You'll partner with leaders across every function, build relationships with executive stakeholders and contribute to a function that continues to evolve and grow. The team combines high standards with a down-to-earth approach, creating an environment where people challenge each other, learn from each other and genuinely enjoy working together.
🧩 What You'll Bring to Life
- 🎤 Partner with executive leaders. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide strategic communications support on business priorities and high-profile initiatives.
- ✍️ Turn strategy into stories. Translate complex business topics into compelling narratives that help employees understand where the organisation is heading and why it matters.
- 🌎 Shape enterprise communications. Develop communication strategies for corporate functions and enterprise initiatives that connect employees to business goals and organisational priorities.
- 📣 Lead major company moments. Support global all-hands meetings, town halls, leadership forums and business-wide announcements that reach employees across the organisation.
- 🔄 Guide organisational change. Create communication plans, leader toolkits, stakeholder engagement strategies and employee campaigns that help people navigate change successfully.
- 🤝 Connect people and priorities. Work across departments and functions to ensure messaging remains aligned, consistent and relevant for different audiences.
- 📊 Measure what matters. Use feedback, engagement data and communication analytics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
- 💡 Help shape what's next. Contribute new ideas, modern approaches and communication best practices that strengthen how Pax8 engages employees.

Your work will help employees make sense of change, understand business priorities and feel more connected to the direction of Pax8.
By creating clarity across leaders, teams and enterprise initiatives, you'll strengthen engagement, improve understanding and help communication become a meaningful driver of organisational success.
