JL Closets, South Florida’s leader in high-end custom storage solutions, is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to oversee our financial reporting, financial operations, and remote finance team based in Argentina.

This isn’t your typical back-office role—you’ll be a key part of our financial leadership structure, helping us maintain accurate financial information, strengthen internal systems, and provide financial insights that support strategic growth. What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of daily financial operations—ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and compliant
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and financial statements, providing actionable insights for leadership
• Manage payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations, and overall bookkeeping
• Lead and mentor two bookkeepers in Argentina, setting clear expectations and reviewing deliverables
• Analyze financial results, budgets, cash flow, and financial performance to support smarter business decisions
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper accounting procedures and financial controls
• Partner with external accountants on tax filings, audits, and year-end processes
• Ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and delivered to leadership on a timely basis
• Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting, accounting workflows, systems, and team processes

What You Bring

• 15+ years of finance or accounting experience, with a strong track record in leadership
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, reconciliations, bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and cash flow
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting tools
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, and financial controls
• Experience managing remote teams and working independently
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational habits, and a proactive mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A leadership approach that balances accountability with coaching and team development
