Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site work at Emirates Lighting Factory and some work-from-home flexibility. The team member will support daily operations related to lighting products and services, such as assisting with documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities may include contributing to product information updates, supporting customer inquiries, and helping ensure compliance with relevant standards and company procedures. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to deliver efficient service and uphold the company’s quality and safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage administrative and coordination tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and basic reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Basic understanding of industrial or commercial products, preferably in lighting or a related technical field.
• Comfort with using office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) for day-to-day work.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to follow established procedures and standards.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities with remote tasks.
• Relevant education or training in business, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, lighting, or industrial services in the GCC region is beneficial.
