Senior Marketing Program Specialist (Employer Branding)

EPAM Systems is looking for a Senior Marketing Program Specialist to lead employer branding and recruitment marketing programs for tech talent across Asia-Pacific.

From our HCMC hub, you will own programs end to end, from idea and budget through launch and results. You will reach engineers and tech communities across Vietnam, Malaysia, China and the wider APAC region. Your strategies and campaigns will help EPAM grow its engineering teams.

You'll build programs people remember, use audience behavior data and AI tools to improve them, and work with a multicultural regional and global team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer branding and talent attraction programs and project strategies aligned with regional and global objectives
• Drive recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels, referral programs, events and tech communities to increase brand awareness and candidate engagement
• Partner closely with recruiters and talent sourcing teams in Malaysia, China and other countries in APAC to support hiring growth, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve candidate experience
• Create engaging and localized content showcasing EPAM’s culture, technologies, people, projects, and career opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tech communities, universities, industry partners and external stakeholders across the APAC region
• Collaborate with Global and Regional Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting communications for local market relevance
• Support and organize tech events, meetups, webinars, university activities, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen EPAM’s visibility in the technology market

Requirements

• Proven experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction, Digital Marketing, or related fields
• Strong understanding of IT talent market and technology community landscape in APAC region
• Experience managing recruitment marketing programs, multi-channel marketing campaigns and content-driven initiatives
• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks and prompt engineering to optimize marketing workflows, content generation and campaign performance
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills within dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills in English
• Proven experience in content creation including copywriting, visual creation and other marketing content

Nice to have

• Experience in IT services, software outsourcing, or multinational technology environments
• Experience organizing tech community events, meetups, webinars, or university engagement activities
• Communication skills in Mandarin or other languages
