The Opportunity

An established international insurance business is seeking an experienced Senior Motor Insurance Pricing Manager to take ownership of its pricing and analytics function in Dublin.

This is a particularly interesting opportunity for someone with a strong motor insurance pricing background who wants to make a genuine impact. You will play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, developing actuarial models and driving the commercial performance of a growing European insurance portfolio.

Working closely with senior underwriting and business stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, enhance pricing capabilities and help build a more sophisticated, data-led approach to pricing.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years' experience within the non-life insurance industry, ideally specialising in motor fleet insurance.
• Strong experience in actuarial pricing, pricing models and insurance analytics.
• Knowledge of the European motor insurance market.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Python or Power BI.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
