Role Description The Senior Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo modules and integrations in a full-time remote capacity. This role includes customizing existing Odoo applications, building new features, and ensuring system performance, scalability, and reliability. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and translate business needs into high-quality code. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, performing code reviews, and maintaining documentation to ensure consistent, secure, and efficient implementations.
Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming for business applications.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modular system design.
• Hands-on experience developing, customizing, and deploying Odoo modules.
• Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and related web technologies commonly used with Odoo.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, integration with third-party services, and data migration.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in leading development projects or mentoring junior developers is a plus.
