🔍 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain One Identity Manager solutions.
• Configure and extend OIM data models, processes, workflows, and business logic.
• Develop and maintain scripts and custom functionality within One Identity Manager.
• Configure and maintain connectors and integrations with:
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra ID
• SAP
• Support and maintain Job Servers and OIM processing infrastructure.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize synchronization processes.
• Participate in One Identity Manager upgrades, including preparation, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade support.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and technical issues related to the OIM platform and its integrations.
• Implement and maintain role models and access governance processes.
• Support attestation and recertification processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement, stability, and maintainability of the IAM/OIM environment.
• Work with privileged access and sensitive employee/identity data while following established security, privacy, and access-control requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal IAM and technical teams in a distributed international environment.

🛠️REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager, ideally covering both development and operational responsibilities.
• Strong practical knowledge of:
• OIM customization and configuration
• OIM data model
• Processes and workflows
• Scripting
• Job Servers
• Synchronization
• Experience integrating One Identity Manager with:
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra ID
• SAP
• Practical experience with role models / RBAC concepts.
• Experience with attestation and access recertification processes.
• Experience troubleshooting OIM-related issues and supporting incident resolution.
• Experience participating in OIM upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Experience with One Identity Manager 10.0 is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and identity lifecycle concepts.
• Comfortable working with privileged accounts and sensitive identity/employee information.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed technical teams.
