PRYPCO is MENA’s first all-digital real estate ownership platform and a leading fintech company in the region.
Headquartered in Dubai, we are changing how people buy, finance, invest in and manage property through one connected ecosystem.
- Property investment: PRYPCO Blocks, regulated by the DFSA, makes fractional ownership of Dubai real estate accessible from AED 500. PRYPCO Mint, licensed by VARA and launched in partnership with the Dubai Land Department, enables tokenized property ownership.
- Mortgage: One of the UAE’s leading mortgage platforms, serving customers directly and through our network of mortgage brokers.
- Real Estate, Property Management, Golden Visa and Wills & Legacy: Connected services that support clients at every stage of their property journey.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Product Designer for our B2B Full Ownership business (focused on Real Estate Brokers), along with Internal Tooling. PRYPCO One, a mobile app that caters External Brokers, offering productivity tools to power up their day-to-day with listings, qualified buyers and more. Our Internal Tool focuses on our Internal Broker, a mobile-first application to manage listings, External Brokers, viewings and more.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to receive a specs. We're looking for a designer who treats this product area like their own company, who gets uncomfortable when a Broker doesn't convert, when a user drops off mid-funnel, when a flow feels like it wasn’t built with the customer at the center. You will own the end-to-end design of the Broker experience: from problem framing through to the details of interaction and visual polish, working alongside product, engineering, and data as part of your team.
What you'll be doing
-
Own outcomes, not outputs: Design aiming for success in customer terms (activation, engagement, retention) and business terms (conversion, unit economics). Screens shipped and design systems maintained don't count on their own.
-
Design with the customer at the center: Spend real time with the people you're designing for. Translate their actual problems and behaviour into product solutions, not abstractions of them.
-
Raise the craft bar: Bring a strong point of view on interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking, and use it to elevate the quality of everything the team ships, not just your own work.
-
Set sharp design and product KPIs: Every initiative starts with a hypothesis and a measurable outcome. You'll work with your team to make the hard calls on what gets designed, what gets killed, what gets deprioritised, and you'll defend those calls with data, research, and strong design intuition.
-
Drive end-to-end outcomes cross-functionally: You'll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and compliance. A Broker who is no longer referring leads is your problem. An Internal Broker who isn’t using the platform is your problem. Think holistically, beyond the UI - a beautiful flow that doesn't move the metric isn't success; the customer succeeding is
-
Reimagine, don't refine: You'll be expected to challenge how things are done and propose beautiful yet meaningful alternatives.
What we're looking for
-
High ownership: You think of yourself as the founding team member of Broker experience, not an executor of tickets. You help building the roadmap and, if something is broken in the customer journey, it's yours to fix, even if it sits outside the "design" function on paper.
-
Data-driven: You make design decisions based on what moves the needle on those goals, and you're equally comfortable defending what you chose to design and what you chose not to based on quantitive and qualitative data.
-
Genuine customer empathy: You can articulate your customer's actual problems in their words, not in design-speak. Planning and executing UX Research is a must - you've spent time with users recently and can prove it.
-
Strong craft: You have a sharp eye for interaction and visual design, and you can move fluidly between big-picture flows and pixel-level detail.
-
Cross-functional operator: You don't hide behind a Figma file when the problem is in marketing, sales, or compliance. You build the relationships across the company that let you drive outcomes through people who don't directly work with you.
-
Comfortable rethinking the basics: You're not intimidated by an industry that has "always done it this way." You're energised by it.
Nice to have
-
Experience in Proptech/Real Estate
-
Background designing productivity tools or CRMs
-
Background designing chat interfaces
-
Background as an early designer/employee at a high-growth startup
-
Growth experimentation chops: A/B testing, funnel design, conversion optimisation
-
Strong systems-design experience (design systems, component libraries) at scale
-
Exposure to MENA consumers and businesses
