Acronis is a global leader in cyber protection, delivering AI-powered protection for productive MSPs in a single, natively integrated platform that unifies operations management, cybersecurity, and data protection. Driven by our mission to protect, manage and automate every workload that businesses and lives depend on, we’ve built the industry’s only all-in-one solution.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Partner Program & Growth team and lead the evolution of partner marketing capabilities within the Acronis Partner Portal and unified partner console. In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for digital tools that help partners plan, create, launch, and optimize marketing activities, engage their audiences, and generate demand for Acronis solutions.

You will work at the intersection of partner marketing, AI, automation, content, and data to transform complex marketing activities into intelligent, scalable, and highly personalized experiences. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Channel, Sales, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to turn partner and business needs into capabilities that increase partner engagement, marketing adoption, and business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Partner Marketing capabilities within the Partner Portal and unified partner console.
  • Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end partner marketing journey, from campaign discovery and planning through content creation, execution, engagement, measurement, and optimization.
  • Build AI-powered marketing experiences that help partners identify the right campaigns, audiences, channels, content, and next-best marketing actions based on their profile, business goals, performance, and customer opportunities.
  • Develop intelligent campaign creation and recommendation capabilities, including AI-assisted campaign planning, content and asset recommendations, audience selection, messaging, and campaign optimization.
  • Drive the evolution of multichannel marketing automation capabilities across email, social media, landing pages, digital campaigns, and other partner-facing channels.
  • Own the evolution of the Partner Content Hub, enabling partners to discover, personalize, and activate relevant marketing and sales assets through intelligent search, recommendations, and AI-assisted content experiences.
  • Build scalable self-service tools that allow partners to create and execute effective marketing activities with minimal manual effort or specialized marketing expertise.
  • Develop partner engagement and gamification capabilities that use personalized journeys, challenges, tasks, incentives, achievements, and recommendations to increase participation and adoption across the Partner Program.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual marketing workflows through AI, orchestration, workflow automation, personalization, and data-driven decisioning.
  • Partner closely with Channel Marketing and partners to understand marketing workflows, pain points, adoption barriers, and growth opportunities, translating them into scalable product capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery, business case, and requirements through delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and track product KPIs including marketing tool adoption, campaign activation and completion, partner engagement, content utilization, marketing-generated opportunities, conversion, and reduction of manual marketing effort.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI, marketing automation, content intelligence, and personalization technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the partner experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B marketing technology, marketing automation, partner ecosystems, digital experience, or business platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing journeys, including campaign planning and execution, audience segmentation, demand generation, content activation, lead generation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation and multichannel campaign capabilities across email, social media, landing pages, digital content, and related channels.
  • Proven experience owning complex digital products or platforms from strategy and discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled marketing experiences, including generative AI, recommendation systems, intelligent content discovery, personalization, campaign optimization, and next-best-action scenarios.
  • Experience designing data-driven and automated workflows that simplify complex marketing processes and increase adoption and business outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex marketing and business requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to define product KPIs, evaluate business impact, and use data to drive prioritization and product decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and other business functions.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity, proactively identify opportunities, and drive initiatives across organizational boundaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA), Partner Relationship Management (PRM), partner portals, or channel marketing platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation, campaign management, content management, digital asset management, or marketing orchestration platforms.
  • Experience building AI-powered marketing, recommendation, personalization, or content-generation capabilities.
  • Understanding of MSP, reseller, distributor, or broader B2B technology partner ecosystems.
