As our new Senior Product Manager - Cloud Platform Services, you will sit in the new Cloud Platform Services Centre of Excellence, where Azure, AWS and Google Cloud come together as one team with one portfolio. You will align specialist Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects and a global engineering team around shared priorities and make decisions where requirements compete. Expertise in one cloud platform is valuable, but success in this role depends on understanding customer demand, collaborating across platforms, balancing priorities and driving progress in an evolving portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, investment priorities and lifecycle of the multi-cloud professional services portfolio

• Drive commercial outcomes across revenue, margin, service adoption and recurring revenue opportunities

• Collaborate with hyperscaler partners on programme development, funding initiatives and joint go-to-market activities

• Make sure our services are ready for AI-led work, both the modernization demand that AI initiatives create and AI used inside our own delivery 

• Translate strategy into clear service definitions, pricing inputs, enablement plans and portfolio launches

• Represent the portfolio through customer engagement, workshops, partner discussions and thought leadership

What we need to see from you

• Product Management experience within cloud or IT services, including ownership of a portfolio rather than a single product
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform with the curiosity to lead across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud through collaboration
• Evidence of shaping portfolio strategy, influencing investment decisions and evolving service offerings
• Commercial fluency with the ability to build business cases and manage portfolio performance
• Project management capability and experience driving cross-functional teams toward common goals
• Clear communication, sound decision-making and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
• A keen learner who develops the people around them as well as themselves  ​‌
