Senior Product Specialist

Role Description The Senior Product Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the design, positioning, and continuous improvement of CEU’s entrepreneurship-related products and programs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing product performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and ensuring offerings are aligned with the needs of students, partners, and local organizations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to translate insights into product features, preparing clear product documentation and training materials, and assisting in the development of go-to-market plans. The Senior Product Specialist will also engage with prospective and current users, respond to product inquiries, and contribute to presentations or demos that showcase CEU’s solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong background as a Product Specialist or in product management-related roles, with experience overseeing product lifecycle and improvements.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, measure product performance, and generate evidence-based recommendations.
• Effective communication skills to explain product value, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and create clear documentation.
• Customer service skills to provide responsive, solution-oriented support to users and partners.
• Sales-related skills to contribute to product positioning, assist in demos or presentations, and support adoption and engagement.
• Understanding of entrepreneurship, innovation, or startup ecosystems is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and basic data analysis or CRM platforms is an advantage.
