Senior Production Manager

Role Description The Senior Production Manager is a part-time role responsible for overseeing end-to-end production processes for marketing, communications, and operational materials. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, this hybrid position involves working on-site for key meetings, vendor coordination, and production oversight, while allowing some work-from-home flexibility for planning, reporting, and digital coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising vendors and internal teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of print and digital materials, and optimizing workflows and budgets. The Senior Production Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align production outputs with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals, while continuously improving processes and resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in production management, project coordination, and vendor oversight within marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Proficiency in using production and project management tools or platforms, with attention to quality assurance and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with remote work responsibilities.
• Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
