Senior Project Manage

Role Description The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of bulk SMS and related communication projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project objectives, creating detailed project plans, managing timelines and resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams such as technology, sales, and customer support. The role involves monitoring project performance, identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining stakeholder alignment through clear reporting and status updates. The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to process improvement, support program-level initiatives, and ensure projects are aligned with business goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Program Management experience to oversee multiple related projects and drive alignment with strategic objectives.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
• Clear and confident Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging clients.
• Experience in telecom, digital communications, or SaaS environments is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and standard methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI frameworks).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
