IT Service Delivery Manage

Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves supporting the development and delivery of architectural education content and youth-focused programs, including assisting with the planning of workshops, events, and learning activities. Responsibilities may include coordinating schedules, communicating with students and partners, preparing learning materials, and helping facilitate sessions both in-person and online. The individual will also contribute to maintaining organized records, gathering feedback from participants, and collaborating with the team to improve program quality and engagement. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to support key educational events.

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in architecture, architectural education, or related fields, with the ability to understand and support youth learning needs.
• Organizational and coordination skills, including experience managing schedules, handling logistics, and supporting events or workshops.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse youth audiences, educators, and partners.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including basic digital literacy for online collaboration tools and virtual session support.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours effectively, and collaborate with a small, mission-driven team.
• Prior experience in educational programs, community initiatives, or youth-focused projects is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial for regional engagement.
