Senior Project Manage

Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees planning, execution, and delivery of club initiatives such as coding contests, training programs, and collaborative projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope and timelines, coordinating with club leaders and volunteers, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring milestones are met. The Senior Project Manager will facilitate communication between stakeholders, track project risks and dependencies, and implement best practices in program and project management. This role also includes mentoring junior members in organizational skills and contributing to strategic planning for the club’s long-term activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements, evaluate risks, and optimize processes.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Program Management to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple initiatives.
• Excellent Communication abilities for stakeholder coordination, documentation, and reporting.
• Experience with Budgeting and resource allocation for events, training programs, and operational needs.
• Prior experience in student organizations, tech communities, or educational programs is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both on-site and remote tasks.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with competitive programming, technology education, or community-building is a plus.
