About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of our Akkuro Mortgage platform. You’ll work closely with other Team Leads and act as the key liaison between Vietnam-based development teams and Dutch stakeholders, helping strengthen communication, team health, and delivery effectiveness within our international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery progress, track estimates vs. actuals, and address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with development processes and working agreements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage sprint activities in Jira.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s and annual performance reviews.
• Support team well-being, motivation, and professional development.
• Organize team activities and follow up on time tracking and internal reporting.
• Act as the key liaison between Vietnamese development teams and Dutch stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication, alignment, and transparency across locations.
• Coordinate team/client requests and prioritize urgent issues.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or Agile team leadership within a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-regional team settings.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and basic software delivery compliance processes.
• Experience supporting team well-being, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
• Strong spoken and written English and Vietnamese communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks forward.
