About The Job
Take full ownership of commercial and project sales expansion across the Southern Region. You will lead specification efforts, build key partnerships, and convert project tenders into closed revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share across Johor
- Identify upcoming commercial, residential, and industrial developments in the Southern Region
- Engage developers, architects, and M&E consultants to secure upstream product specifications
- Partner with main contractors and plumbing specialists to win and close competitive project tenders
- Manage key dealer and distributor accounts to ensure smooth fulfillment and regional stock support
- Track regional sales forecasts, pipeline progress, and market trends for management review
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of project sales experience in building materials, sanitary ware, or construction solutions
- Strong established network with developers, architects, and main contractors in Johor
- Proven track record in specification-led selling and closing multi-million-ringgit tenders
- Self-driven, independent, and experienced in managing territory sales with minimal supervision
