Our client is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider serving business, government, education, and healthcare customers in several international markets. The project involves supporting and enhancing a mature Salesforce and Certinia PSA ecosystem used by distributed teams across the United States and Canada.

Must-have

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce and PSA (Professional Services Automation) solutions.
• Understanding of PSA business processes, workflows, and data models.
• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations, including multiple instances.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, permission sets, and platform customisation.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST integrations, web services, and external systems.
• Some exposure to Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), with an understanding of its core functionality and business processes.
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Will be a plus Experience with

• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations, including multiple instances.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure integrations and services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Previous development experience with Java or .NET.
• Experience working within the Agile SAFe framework.
• Experience working in an enterprise environment with several interconnected Salesforce and PSA teams.
• Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Support and improve PSA-related functionality and business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Work with Salesforce CPQ functionality and contribute to related enhancements and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customise Salesforce objects, workflows, and platform functionality to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical issues and production incidents.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Deliver solutions in an Agile development environment.
