Senior Scrum Master

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help our Agile teams deliver value effectively through collaboration, continuous improvement, transparency and healthy team dynamics. You will coach teams and Product Owners, use data to improve delivery outcomes, and champion practical tools, automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives and PI Planning
- Coach the Product Owner, Business Analyst, Architects and delivery teams on backlog management, prioritisation and readiness
- Improve planning, flow and visibility of delivery risks and dependencies
- Track delivery metrics to improve predictability, quality and team effectiveness
- Remove impediments and escalate organisational blockers when needed
- Coordinate inter-team dependencies and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums and ART activities
- Help teams become self-managing, solution-oriented and focused on sprint goals and PI Objectives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote transparency on progress, capacity and risks
- Lead with Lean-Agile and servant leadership principles
What You Bring
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field
- Certification such as CSM, PSM, SSM (SAFe Scrum Master) or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Proven experience leading Agile teams in complex digital transformation environments
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean-Agile principles
- Experience with distributed, hybrid and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft 365, Teams, Miro, Lucidchart or similar tools
- Technical understanding of the software development lifecycle, APIs, integrations and modern engineering practices
- Interest in AI-assisted development and emerging technologies
