Senior Scrum Master

🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Scrum Master Innovitics is looking for a highly driven and technically strong Senior Scrum Master to lead delivery execution across our engineering teams. This role goes beyond traditional Scrum facilitation — we are looking for someone who takes full ownership of delivery, ensures strong execution discipline, proactively manages risks, and provides leadership with full visibility across projects, KPIs, and team performance. The ideal candidate combines Agile leadership with a solid software engineering background, enabling them to engage deeply with technical teams, challenge estimates, identify risks early, and drive high-quality delivery in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery execution across engineering teams • Drive sprint planning, execution, release management, and stabilization • Closely monitor tasks, blockers, risks, and delivery progress daily • Maintain delivery dashboards and engineering KPIs using Jira / Azure DevOps • Lead Agile ceremonies with a strong focus on outcomes and accountability • Ensure delivery predictability, transparency, and no-surprise execution • Coordinate cross-functional teams and proactively resolve dependencies and risks • Foster a high-ownership, performance-driven engineering culture 7+ years of experience in software delivery or Agile leadership roles • 4+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Technical Delivery Manager • Prior hands-on software engineering experience is required • Strong understanding of modern technology stacks (.NET, APIs, React, Mobile, CI/CD, Microservices) • Experience with engineering KPIs, delivery reporting, and risk management • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Scrum Certification required (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) Medical/Social Insurance Annual Raise Performance Bonus Seasonal Bonus 📍 Location : Cairo, Egypt 🏢 Industry : Software Development / Digital Transformation If you’re passionate about delivery excellence, operational discipline, and leading high-performing engineering teams, we’d love to hear from you. #Hiring #ScrumMaster #Agile #ProjectManagement #SoftwareDelivery #EngineeringManagement #TechJobs #Innovitics #Jira #AzureDevOps #DigitalTransformation
