About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint & Purview Consultant to join our growing Data & Development Services practice. This is a senior technical consultancy role focused on helping clients protect, govern and manage information across Microsoft 365.
You will lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Purview and SharePoint Online solutions, working with organisations ranging from large enterprises to smaller businesses. Alongside delivering high-quality projects, you will act as a trusted advisor, mentor junior consultants, contribute to service development, and help shape the future direction of our SharePoint, compliance and information governance capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint & Purview Consultant to join our growing Data & Development Services practice. This is a senior technical consultancy role focused on helping clients protect, govern and manage information across Microsoft 365.
You will lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Purview and SharePoint Online solutions, working with organisations ranging from large enterprises to smaller businesses. Alongside delivering high-quality projects, you will act as a trusted advisor, mentor junior consultants, contribute to service development, and help shape the future direction of our SharePoint, compliance and information governance capabilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Auto-Labelling, Records Management and Information Governance.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, including information architecture, permissions, external sharing, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 compliance and governance solutions.
• Consultancy, professional services or managed services experience working directly with customers.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions.
Desirable
• PowerShell, PnP PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation experience.
• Knowledge of Defender for Cloud Apps, Endpoint DLP and Insider Risk Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Copilot governance and AI compliance frameworks.
• SharePoint Advanced Management and Copilot readiness experience.
• Experience delivering SharePoint migrations.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications including SC-401/SC-400, SC-300, MS-102 or AZ-500.
• Pre-sales and solution architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, including information architecture, permissions, external sharing, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams.

• Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge across the team and contribute to the development of new services and best practices.
• Deliver information protection, governance and compliance projects using Microsoft 365 technologies.
