About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to contribute to our innovative and technically focused healthcare ecosystem. This role is an opportunity to play a critical part in designing and building systems that improve patient outcomes and healthcare management globally. What You'll Do: Play a pivotal role in implementing software components, replatforming work, and supporting global expansion. Balance exposure between maintaining legacy systems and developing fresh Greenfield projects. Solve complex technical challenges across multiple fields, and troubleshoot software defects. Work closely with delivery managers, designers, and fellow engineers to bring projects to fruition. Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and project-related information. Influence processes, tools, and systems—your justified suggestions will drive implementation. Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and learning new skills to enhance your software development expertise. About You: You are a self-starter who knows how to create scalable and maintainable code, embraces a growth mindset, and thrives in a balanced work/life environment. You will bring: 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, preferably in SaaS environments. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and React . Pragmatism in choosing solutions and flexibility in adjusting as requirements evolve. Resourcefulness to deliver minimal viable solutions while meeting project goals. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional experience with Node.js , cloud platforms like AWS (e.g., CloudFront, SES, SQS, S3, Lambda), and SQL databases.
