Job Overview: To support Business Banking performance management, analytics and Management Information System (MIS) activities by preparing accurate reporting, analysing portfolio, sales and campaign performance, maintaining standard data definitions, applying data quality checks and coordinating stakeholder requirements in order to provide reliable insights that support productivity, conversion, cost and income performance and informed, risk-aligned business decisions across Retail Banking In this role, your key responsibilities include: Support the Business Banking performance management and analytics framework by preparing reporting requirements, maintaining standard metric definitions and analysing sales productivity, portfolio quality, conversion, cost and income indicators to provide a consistent view of business performance across Retail Banking Provide structured analysis and evidence-based commentary that enables management to understand performance drivers, identify trends and make informed business decisions aligned to approved strategies, controls and governance expectations Develop campaign performance insight for Business Banking by translating customer, product, channel and portfolio data into segmentation views, opportunity indicators and performance narratives that support targeted business growth Evaluate campaign outcomes through response, conversion, penetration and revenue indicators, providing analytical interpretation that enables Marketing, Information Technology (IT) and Business Banking stakeholders to refine targeting, monitor Evaluate campaign outcomes through response, conversion, penetration and revenue indicators, providing analytical interpretation that enables Marketing, Information Technology (IT) and Business Banking stakeholders to refine targeting, monitor effectiveness and improve future campaign decisions Own the integrity and usefulness of Business Banking MIS by ensuring dashboards, scorecards and management reports are built on approved data sources, consistent definitions and validated performance indicators Strengthen reporting governance through clear reporting cycles, structured performance views and decision-ready packs that support business reviews, governance forums and management discussions across daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences Generate portfolio intelligence for Business Banking by interpreting segment, product, channel and performance data to identify growth patterns, margin movement, conversion behaviour, emerging risks and areas requiring management attention Provide forward-looking business analysis that connects performance drivers with income, cost, productivity and risk considerations, enabling prioritisation decisions that remain aligned with market conditions and the Bank’s risk strategy Coordinate stakeholder delivery across Business Banking, Marketing, Finance, HR, Risk and IT by documenting requirements, supporting data issue resolution, assisting prioritisation and following up on agreed reporting, analytics and system enhancement activities Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements, support issue resolution and provide the information needed to strengthen decision-making, data interpretation and business performance monitoring. Highlight material data, system, governance or reporting dependencies and provide technical support on user queries to ensure performance monitoring, analytics and MIS activities are delivered to the required standard. Apply data quality checks, reporting controls and standard data definitions to support consistent interpretation of Business Banking performance, campaign and portfolio measures Review exceptions, reconcile variances, validate indicators and suggest control or process improvements to strengthen reporting accuracy, transparency and governance across MIS outputs and related decision-support materials Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders The ideal candidate should have the following experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Bank or financial services organisation, including experience in business analysis, Management Information System (MIS), performance reporting, portfolio analytics, campaign analytics or data quality management Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related discipline Business Banking Performance Management Management Information System (MIS) Reporting and Dashboarding Business, Product and Portfolio Analysis Performance Metrics Definition, Data Reconciliation and Validation Campaign Performance Tracking and Insight Generation Structured Query Language (SQL) and Data Extraction Advanced Microsoft Excel Modelling and Automation Data Quality Management and Reporting Governance Stakeholder Coordination Across Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk and Information Technology (IT) What we offer: Competitive Salary.
