Job Overview: To support Business Banking performance reporting, analytics and Management Information System (MIS) activities by preparing accurate reports, conducting standard analysis, applying data quality checks and coordinating stakeholder inputs in order to provide reliable information that supports productivity, conversion, cost and income performance monitoring across Retail Banking In this role, your key responsibilities include: Prepare Business Banking performance reports and analytics by compiling approved data, maintaining standard metric definitions and reviewing sales productivity, portfolio quality, conversion, cost and income indicators to support a consistent view of business performance across Retail Banking Provide standard analysis and commentary on performance trends, variances and key drivers to support management review, issue identification and business decisions within approved reporting, control and governance requirements Prepare campaign performance analysis for Business Banking by reviewing customer, product, channel and portfolio data to produce segmentation views, opportunity indicators and standard performance summaries that support targeted business growth activities Track campaign outcomes through response, conversion, penetration and revenue indicators, providing clear summaries that support Marketing, Information Technology (IT) and Business Banking stakeholders in monitoring effectiveness and improving future campaign activities Maintain the accuracy and usefulness of Business Banking MIS by preparing dashboards, scorecards and management reports using approved data sources, standard definitions and validated performance indicators Support reporting governance through agreed reporting cycles, structured performance views and accurate packs that enable business reviews, governance forums and management discussions across daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences Conduct portfolio analysis for Business Banking by reviewing segment, product, channel and performance data to identify growth patterns, margin movement, conversion behaviour, emerging risks and areas requiring management attention Provide business analysis that links performance drivers with income, cost, productivity and risk considerations to support prioritisation decisions aligned with market conditions and the Bank’s risk strategy Support stakeholder delivery across Business Banking, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources (HR), Risk and Information Technology (IT) by documenting requirements, assisting data issue resolution, tracking agreed actions and coordinating reporting, analytics and system enhancement activities to support effective business performance monitoring Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements, provide information for decision-making and data interpretation, and escalate material data, system, governance or reporting dependencies to help ensure MIS activities are delivered to the required standard Apply data quality checks, reporting controls and standard data definitions to support consistent interpretation of Business Banking performance, campaign and portfolio measures Review exceptions, reconcile variances, validate indicators and suggest control or process improvements to strengthen reporting accuracy, transparency and governance across MIS outputs and related decision-support materials Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders The ideal candidate should have the following experience: At least 4 years of experience in a Bank or financial services organisation, including experience in business analysis, Management Information System (MIS), performance reporting, portfolio analytics, campaign analytics or data quality management Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related discipline Business Banking Performance Management Management Information System (MIS) Reporting and Dashboarding Business, Product and Portfolio Analysis Performance Metrics Definition, Data Reconciliation and Validation Campaign Performance Tracking and Insight Generation Structured Query Language (SQL) and Data Extraction Advanced Microsoft Excel Modelling and Automation Data Quality Management and Reporting Governance Stakeholder Coordination Across Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk and Information Technology (IT) What we offer: Competitive Salary.
