At our Oradea location, we bring together manufacturing expertise and specialized business functions, offering professionals the opportunity to contribute to complex projects while collaborating with colleagues and entities across the Eberspächer Group.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team in Oradea and become part of the Group’s Transfer Pricing function.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing development of our global transfer pricing framework, working across international entities and different areas of the business.
You will act as a key business partner to Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Legal, and Business Units, helping ensure that our transfer pricing approach is both compliant and aligned with the Group’s operational and value creation model.
The position offers broad exposure to international transfer pricing topics, from policy development and documentation to tax audits, business restructurings, intercompany transactions, and supply chain changes.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or a comparable field.
- Bring several years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally within a multinational group, an industrial or automotive environment, or a Big Four / tax advisory firm.
- Have strong knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, German transfer pricing requirements, and international tax principles.
- Understand manufacturing and supply chain structures and how they influence transfer pricing models and intercompany transactions.
- Have experience with transfer pricing documentation, including Master File, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
- Have practical experience supporting tax audits and transfer pricing audit defense.
- Are comfortable performing functional and risk analyses and assessing complex intercompany transactions.
- Can translate complex tax and transfer pricing requirements into practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Bring strong analytical skills and a structured, independent, and reliable working style.
- Communicate confidently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions, Business Units, and countries.
- Are fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
- German language skills.
- Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Experience with complex international supply chains and different transfer pricing models.
- Exposure to transfer pricing digitalization, automation, or dedicated TP tools.
- Experience coordinating external tax advisors or economists on international transfer pricing projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the Group’s global transfer pricing policy in line with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and German tax law.
- Manage transfer pricing models covering manufacturing, contract manufacturing, distribution, services, and financing transactions.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate Master File, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
- Perform functional and risk analyses and provide transfer pricing support for business restructurings, supply chain changes, and new business models.
- Coordinate and support transfer pricing topics during tax audits in Germany and internationally, including audit-ready documentation and responses to tax authorities.
- Manage and coordinate external advisors, including tax consultants and economists, across transfer pricing projects.
- Support the design of intercompany agreements and help ensure consistency between contractual arrangements and their transfer pricing implementation.
- Work closely with Controlling, Accounting, Legal, Finance, and Business Units to establish consistent and compliant transfer pricing processes.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the Group’s global transfer pricing framework.
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of transfer pricing processes, documentation, and data management.
- Support the continuous improvement of transfer pricing processes and standards across international entities.
Working model:
We offer a hybrid working model that combines on-site collaboration with the flexibility of working remotely.
You will work 3 days per week on-site at our Oradea location and up to 2 days per week remotely, allowing you to stay closely connected with the team while benefiting from greater flexibility.
