Design the VIP experience for high-value users of a global crypto app 💎

Our client is an international crypto-fintech app with a fast-growing base of high-value users. The VIP segment already exists, now it needs an owner: someone who has personally served VIP clients and has built the whole system around them: who gets the status, what they get, how they are served and what it brings the business.

What you’ll do

• Personally manage top VIP / HNW users and resolve complex, non-standard requests
• Design the VIP program: tiers, privileges, personal offers, exclusive services, priority limits and support
• Build the client journey and concierge-level service standards
• Drive loyalty, retention, reactivation and revenue growth of the VIP base
• Lead the VIP team: hiring, KPI, SLA, quality control
• Work with Product, Marketing, Compliance and Finance on everything VIP-related

What you bring

• 3+ years managing VIP / HNW / UHNW clients in crypto exchanges, neobanks, fintech, private banking, iGaming or luxury concierge
• You built or significantly scaled a VIP function: segmentation, criteria, privileges, processes, economics
• Team lead experience with KPI and SLA ownership
• Understanding of crypto users: how they trade, deposit, withdraw and what they expect from premium service
• Strong sense of premium service and discretion
• Confident English (B2+) and Ukrainian or Russian

Nice to have

• Hands-on crypto exchange or wallet experience
• Concierge / lifestyle management background

What we offer

• Full-time, remote
• $2,000 base + % of VIP revenue, up to $5,000 per month in total
• Ownership of the VIP direction from design to results
• International product and client base
