Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO & GEO Specialist to improve our website's search engine performance and increase NOVAY AI's visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong technical SEO expertise and practical knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI Search Visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for Google and other search engines.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify website optimization opportunities.
• Optimize website content, keywords, metadata, internal linking, and page structure.
• Improve organic search visibility and relevant website traffic.
• Develop GEO and AEO strategies to increase brand discoverability in AI-generated search experiences.
• Research relevant user queries across ChatGPT, Google AI search experiences, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI platforms.
• Optimize content for clear answers, topical authority, and trustworthy information.
• Implement relevant structured data and technical search improvements.
• Develop ethical backlink-building and digital PR strategies.
• Monitor search rankings, indexing performance, organic traffic, and conversion results.
• Measure brand mentions and citations across selected AI search experiences using consistent evaluation methods.
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement optimization recommendations.
• Produce monthly performance reports with measurable KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience.
• Proven results improving organic search performance.
• Strong technical SEO and on-page optimization knowledge.
• Practical understanding of GEO, AEO, and AI-powered search discovery.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of structured data, website architecture, and search engine indexing.
• Ability to analyze search performance and recommend improvements.
• Experience optimizing Arabic and English websites is preferred.
• Experience targeting Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable SEO results.
