The Role:

We're looking for a talented, savvy, and self motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team for our dynamic projects. This position is hybrid, granting you the flexibility to work from home and our office, located in the Sandton area of Johannesburg, SA.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experienced ServiceNow Developer. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing IT solutions that align with our business goals.

Your primary focus will be on service management, showcasing expertise in

ServiceNow. You'll collaborate across teams, and build solutions that enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of complex software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project

requirements.

• Design, code, and test high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet business

objectives.

• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical

stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and advancements.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Design and develop software solutions that meet high-quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding

standards set by organization.

• Work closely with Senior Programmers, Developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure

successful project outcomes.

• Provide technical support when needed.
• Attend daily virtual stand-up meetings to connect with the team and provide progress

updates.

• Complete all work within agreed time frames, cost, and quality constraints.

Qualifications:

• South African Citizen or Individuals who hold a valid South African work permit.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Mathematics or related field.

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Programmer/Developer with a mid-tier company.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, with hands-on experience in implementation

and customization, certification preferred

• ServiceNow Applications Developer Certification
• Familiarity with KNIME for data analytics and workflow automation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power

Automate).

• Experience with R or Python.
• Experience with Azure cloud technology stacks.
