We are seeking a number of ServiceNow Developers with hands-on experience delivering solutions across ITSM, ITOM and/or FSM to join a major name in the ServiceNow space.


You will be responsible for designing, configuring and developing ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations to support business and operational transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions and enhancements.
  • Build and maintain workflows, business rules, catalog items, forms and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support platform upgrades, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.


Required Experience


  • Proven ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong expertise in at least one of: ITSM, ITOM or FSM.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Knowledge of platform configuration, customisation and integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.


Desirable


  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Module-specific certifications in ITSM, ITOM or FSM.


Long term B2B contracts with hybrid working from the client office in Bucharest.
