Now they need a sharp short form editor who can turn world-class founder interviews into clips people cannot stop watching A Day in This Role You start the day inside a long-form podcast episode with a founder who built something huge. There is an hour of footage. Somewhere inside it is the moment. A story. A lesson. A hot take. A line that makes an entrepreneur stop scrolling and think, “I needed to hear that.” Your job is to find it. You pull the strongest moments, shape the hook, tighten the pacing, add clean captions, build motion where needed, and turn the clip into something built for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Later, you review what performed best. You study retention, rewatches, comments, and shares. Then you use that data to make the next batch sharper. You end the day knowing your edits helped real entrepreneurs learn from some of the best business minds on earth. What You’ll Do You will turn long-form founder content into high-performing short form videos.
